Meet the Entrepreneurs In Our Winter 2021/2022 Milestone Makers Cohort

The Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center is thrilled to have the following entrepreneurs in its Winter 2021/20222 Milestone Makers cohort, all working towards the UN’s SDG #3 Good Health & Wellbeing and SDG #5 Gender Equality.

Milestone Makers is the Center’s flagship program, providing individualized mentorship and executive coaching, as well as access to the Center’s vast network of industry experts to help each founder with his or her milestone. Entrepreneurs in the Winter 2021/2022 were hand selected after a competitive application process, and all hope to improve the lives of and support communities across the globe.

Through our recruitment marketplace, we are finding new and innovative ways to increase the number of Caregivers. We have a strong why now – globally 9% of the total population is 65+ and this will increase to 16% by 2050 (source: The UN). Herocare is a solution for healthcare organisations and individuals facing increased pressure to find the labour force to fulfil their healthcare needs.

While our platform is in Beta now, Wingwomen will provide access to peer support, advocates, health coaches, and concierge medical professionals through our private social media platform and easy-to-use directory. We value self-advocacy, allowing women to create a health and wellness support system that reflects their personal values.

Our mission is simple: to provide access to women to self-advocate for their health, so they, in turn, can improve their wellness outcomes and thrive in their day-to-day life. Our solution enables women to make valuable connections, and have a support system of their choice while they are navigating their own care.
