Our goal is to invigorate your talent pool with dynamic interns who bring fresh perspectives and propel your business forward. This competitive student program identifies top talent and nurtures them with entrepreneurial learning experiences, ensuring they are equipped to make impactful contributions from day one.
Our program strategically pairs student talent to accelerate growth, delivering:

- Cost Efficiency: Interns, unpaid but receiving college credit, offer a cost-effective solution.
Eligibility Requirements
We offer two programs, and you can find more details below. If you meet these requirements, we invite you to apply to receive intern support – at no cost to your business.
Requirements:
- A startup or innovation-focused organization with a minimum of 5 employees.
- The company is located and operating in the United States.
- Interested in hosting student talent in your company during Spring (mid-January to early May) and/or Fall (end-of-August to mid-December).
- Seeking half-time (10 to 15 hours per week), remote, project-based internship opportunities for 14 consecutive weeks.
- Able to host up to three (3) interns for the duration of the internship program.
- Can provide a dedicated intern manager within the organization to support student interns’ learning and work throughout the internship period.

Virtual
The Fall & Spring Internship Program is a 14-week, part-time internship program that matches student talent with the needs of your company. This unique program has been designed to serve founders at a critical stage of growth to help diversify their talent pool with student interns willing to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and help advance key goals and objectives for the company. We help mentor the students throughout their internship at your company. Internships are remote, part-time (10 to 15 hours per week), and unpaid. Students participate in a 3-credit course at Lehigh University that meets weekly throughout the 14-week internship.
Offered once a year, Summer.
In-person
The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, in-person, project-based internship program that matches top student talent with the needs of your company. This unique program has been designed to serve founders at a critical stage of growth to help diversify their talent pool with student interns willing to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and help advance key goals and objectives for the company. We help mentor the students throughout their internship at your company.
