Shivani specializes in emerging technology companies and leads the Silicon Valley Private Enterprise Group. She has approximately fifteen years of experience providing financial statement audit, integrated audit, and compliance services.

Over the past sixteen years, Shivani has experience in performing and leading audits over technology companies with extensive experience in serving venture backed technology companies. She has significant experience with technical areas that are significant to emerging technology companies such as revenue recognition, equity accounting, and stock compensation. She has served public companies and has worked on numerous emerging technology companies through their initial public offerings.
