With Milestone Circles OAS, the Organization of American States (OAS), through its Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI), and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial will provide women entrepreneurs in Latin America and the Caribbean access to resources and mentorship to help develop their businesses.
What is Milestone Circles?
Milestone Circles is a 12-week immersive program experience designed to help women entrepreneurs address critical business needs through milestone accomplishments and a support network of peers, mentors, and supporters.
Who should apply?
Women business owners seeking to grow their entrepreneurial mindset and skillsets to expand their business. Entrepreneurs will be matched to a virtual 12-week that complements their drive, challenge, and company stage.
Milestone Circles OAS provides for collaborative efforts in the delivery of free business development resources and mentorship for the promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) growth and innovation in the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region through support for the OAS led Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Program, the Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Program and other relevant initiatives undertaken by the Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI).

Fill out an application which are reviewed on a rolling basis. Upon acceptance, you will be matched with a group of incredible women entrepreneurs who will help propel your business to the next level.
The Partnership
The Organization of American States (OAS), through its Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI), and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center agreed to work together to provide women entrepreneurs in Latin America and the Caribbean access to resources and mentorship to help develop their businesses. The signing of the agreement took place within the framework of the Small Business Administration’s Women’s Business Summit on March 28 2023. The agreement provides for collaborative efforts in the delivery of free business development resources and mentorship for the promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) growth and innovation in the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region through support for the OAS led Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Program, the Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Program and other relevant initiatives undertaken by the Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI).
