Shekhar Radhakrishnan began his banking career in the early 1980’s on the East Coast.  His start was in retail branch banking where he has managed branches in diverse markets on both, the east and west coast of the United States.  His experience and participation across various sectors of the banking industry, specifically in retail, business and investment banking has afforded Shekhar a global perspective on the industry which allows him to serve a broad range of client needs.  After joining Bank of the West in 2006 as a Branch Manager, Shekhar has held several roles, including, serving as a Regional Manager with responsibility over 26 retail branches in Northern California.  Most recently, Shekhar assumed the role of Vice President and Manager for the Small Business Banking initiative, covering the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets.

Jaynal Daljit is a Small Business Officer at Bank of the West. where he educates Small business owners about different financing options, including Business Lines of Credit, different types of business loans & business credit cards. With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, has worked with reputable companies, including California Bank & Trust subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation, Discover Financial Services, and BlueSnap Inc.  A Global Payments Provider. He is passionate about helping small businesses grow and thrive.

Jasmine Adiani has been in banking for 17 years. She is going on 8 years with Bank of the West. Jasmine has had many different roles in her entire career of banking, her current role as a Small Business Officer is to lend to businesses, whether it’s a line, loan, a credit card or help them set up their business checking accounts. Jasmine also guide them with other business or personal banking needs. Her goal is to help small/medium businesses be successful with every stage of their business.


Ernest Wong has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He has been with Bank of the West since 2013 and is now a Business Banker. His passion is working with small to medium sized businesses to help scale and grow.

MODERATOR:

Paloma Vidgen is Vice President, Segment Leader for Private Business Owner Solutions at Bank of the West.  Paloma has held numerous positions within the Wealth Management Group at Bank of the West.  Currently Paloma is responsible for heading up and providing the strategy for the Private Business Owner vertical segment.  The Private Business Owner segment is part of a global BNP Paribas focus on being “One Bank for Entrepreneurs”.  This segment is critical for bringing holistic offerings to business owner clients bank wide. In addition Paloma is beginning to work on bank offerings for Women and Women Entrepreneurs. Paloma is a graduate of Chapman University with a BS in Business Administration with an Economics Emphasis.  Paloma is an avid runner and recently completed her first New York marathon in 2019 and hopes to compete again in 2020.
