You’ve got ambitious goals as a social entrepreneur but how do you stay focused on your vision and the impact you want to create amid all the noise and distractions?

Here is your opportunity to take a step back and refocus on the community you want to serve and the problem you want to solve. In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll help you clearly and confidently articulate your mission and translate that mission into strategy and a plan of action.

We’ll introduce you to the logic model as a tool to align your organization’s activities to your outcomes and impact; and provide you with best practices to increase the effectiveness of your work.

This session is for:

  • Social impact entrepreneurs
  • Nonprofit managers and directors

Spaces are limited and offered first-come, first-served. By registering you agree to our terms of use.*
