Edward Webb is the Corporate Finance Practice Leader at BPM, LLP.  His team provides M&A, Restructuring and Valuation services.  He has served in leadership roles ranging from CRO and external board member to expert witness.  Edward is also a Finance professor at San Jose State University and a doctoral candidate at Temple University.
