At the TED2016 Dream conference in Vancouver, TED invited some of today’s leading thinkers, innovators, and artists from across disciplines to dream big – to take on some of the greatest challenges of our time and envision a way forward.

Thomson Reuters and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center joined forces with TED to create a local partner event that took place from February 17-19 in San Francisco: The TED2016 Dream Livestream and Local Event @theCenter, the first-ever TED experience curated specifically for today’s entrepreneur.

The event showcased eight speakers who are redefining entrepreneurship and bringing groundbreaking entrepreneurial thinking to their industries. Here’s what they had to say:
